MaxK, the company, can trace its origins back to 2002 when Johan bought a photographic lab called Camera Craft and changed its name to Camera Connection. Camera Connection still caters for all your photographic needs. MaxK Productions was started in 2008 out of the growing demand for our video & projection services.

This group is run by Johan and Adam of Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal. Both subscribe to the old-school “hands on” way of getting the job done and getting it done right. They are a dynamic, energetic team who love what they do and enjoy working with people. Both have an artistic eye and approach to projects, and are both lovers of music. Adam is 21 years old providing a funky youthful element to the company. Johan is… older, bringing experience and maturity to the company. They often call on other people who are like minded and talented to assist them on bigger projects. We design and fabricate many of our own tools.
